HR Intern

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition and Onboarding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about human resources to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative work environment. You will play a key role in supporting our hiring process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners, and contributing to various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
• Support employer branding initiatives, such as job fair participation and online campaigns.

Onboarding:

• Prepare and send offer letters, joining kits, and onboarding schedules to selected candidates.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities, including documentation and background verification.
• Plan and execute engaging orientation programs to introduce new joiners to the company culture and policies.
• Collect and analyze feedback from new hires to improve the onboarding experience.

Other Responsibilities:

• Support the HR team in maintaining recruitment metrics and generating reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc HR projects.
• Provide administrative support in scheduling, communications, and record-keeping.
