Assurance Service Engineer

urgently seek Fresher or Ahmedabad/ Vadodara location candidates for the Field Service Engineer role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support to customers through field service, breakdown maintenance, installation, commissioning, calibration, repair, warranty management, and customer complaint handling.
  
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution and process improvement.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report back to headquarters on a regular basis.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during site visits.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of servicing principles and practices for industrial equipment/machinery.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  
• ITI or Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization.
  
• 0-2 years of experience in assurance services or related field (AMC).
