Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support to customers for elevators, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), repair, fault finding, and breakdown maintenance.
  
• Conduct field service calls to resolve issues related to mechanical and electrical equipment.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems using problem-solving skills and knowledge of ITIs (Institute of Technical Institute).
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of machinery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in service engineering or a related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical stream.
  
• Proficiency in performing breakdown maintenance on various types of equipment.
  
• Strong understanding of electrical maintenance principles and practices.
