Job Description Recruitment Senior Executive


POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION
Department: Human Resources Shared Services
Reporting to: Recruitment Manager

Job Description

  • Own and drive the sourcing strategy for a variety of roles across the business.
  • Plan and implement high-volume recruitment drives to meet workforce demands for aviation roles.
  • Sourcing the best talent through Job Portal, Head Hunting, References, Advertisements, Networking Sites, etc.
  • Dealing with stakeholder, vendors and backend sourcing management team including recruiting specialists
  • Maintain a recruitment dashboard to track metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to refine recruitment policies and processes.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and present them to senior management.
  • Responsible for the development of the operational talent pool by optimizing the skills of the existing team.
  • Liaising with and managing empanelled vendor partners
  • Promote the companys employer brand by participating in job fairs, campus recruitment, and online campaigns.
  • Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool.


Experience And Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Preferable to have master’s degree in human resources.
  • Minimum 5 years of Recruitment background
  • Experience in managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Excellent account management/ stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert in handling niche & top management positions.
  • Sourcing the best talent through Job Portal, Head Hunting, References, Advertisements, Networking Sites, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
