- We are looking for an experienced Manager - Finance to oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance functions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance, ideally within the hospitality or real estate sectors.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to lead financial processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS and IFRS.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Supervise financial audits, coordinate with external and internal auditors, and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of financial records and general ledger accounts.
Budgeting & Financial Planning:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and financial modeling.
- Conduct variance analysis, monitor financial performance, and provide insights to senior management.
- Develop financial strategies to optimize costs and improve profitability.
- Prepare business case analysis for capital expenditures and strategic investments.
Taxation & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Manage tax filings, liaise with tax consultants, and oversee tax assessments.
- Keep updated on SEBI, RBI, and Companies Act regulations impacting financial reporting.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure liquidity and efficient capital utilization.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding requirements, loan management, and working capital optimization.
- Support financial risk management and hedging strategies.
Process Improvement & ERP Systems:
- Lead automation and process enhancements to improve financial efficiency.
- Work on financial system implementations (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software).
- Establish internal financial controls and ensure adherence to best practices.
Key Requirements:
Education: CA qualification.
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, and reporting.
Industry Preference: Hospitality, Real Estate, Asset Management, or related sectors.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, and Direct & Indirect Taxation.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar financial software).
- Strong command of MS Excel, Power BI, and financial dashboards.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
