Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop & implement a comprehensive New Business-specific Talent Acquisition strategy that targets new-age talent, especially from target industries, companies and startups.
- Craft recruitment plans & pipelines that align with the new business venture goals, focusing on the required expertise.
- Establish strong market presence and attract top talent by promoting the organization as a desirable employer in the startup space.
Employer Value Proposition (EVP):
- Curate a compelling, differentiated EVP for the new business pivots that resonates with new-age talent and positions the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial contact through to onboarding, enhancing organization's reputation as an attractive place to work.
Strategic Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
- Map the right pool of potential talent using market insights and competitive intelligence in niche required areas.
- Stay updated on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to design competitive offers and attraction strategies.
Recruitment Operations & TA KPIs:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring all stages are optimized for efficiency and quality.
- Drive key TA performance metrics, including Time-to-Fill (TAT), Cost-per-Hire, Offer Conversion Rates, Fill Rate, and overall Hiring Quality to support the organization's rapid growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve the recruitment process, tracking performance against KPIs and optimizing resource allocation.
