Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition (Leadership Hiring) Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end senior-level hiring, ensuring seamless recruitment processes, effective stakeholder management, and successful offer negotiations. This role requires expertise in identifying, attracting, and hiring top leadership talent while driving strategic hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Leadership Hiring

- Manage executive and senior-level hiring across functions.

- Develop and execute strategies to attract top leadership talent.

- Drive market mapping, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.

- Stakeholder & Business Partnering

- Collaborate with senior leadership and business heads to understand hiring needs.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions for leadership hiring challenges.

- Ensure alignment between talent acquisition strategies and organizational goals.

- Offer Closure & Negotiations

- Manage offer negotiations, ensuring competitive yet cost-effective hiring.

- Handle counteroffers, candidate concerns, and final onboarding processes.

- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

- Executive Search & Market Intelligence

- Leverage market insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends for proactive hiring.

- Build and nurture relationships with top industry talent for future leadership roles.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience in senior/executive hiring.

- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and offer closure.

- Proven ability to source and hire C-level and senior leadership talent.

- Excellent communication, influencing, and strategic thinking abilities.

- Experience in executive search firms or corporate leadership hiring is a plus.
