Job Location : Bangalore

Job Description/Responsibilities:

are likely to include some or all of the following:

- providing help and advice to customers using your organisations products and services;

- Technical support companys software products

- Coordinating between the customers and the company.

- Work with Support Managers

- communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face;

- investigating and solving customers problems

- handling customer complaints or any major incidents

- keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;

- producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer packages/software;

- writing reports analysing the customer service that our organisation provides;

- developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;

- meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service;

- learning about your organisations products or services and keeping up to date with changes;

Required Education Experience:

Should be a graduate.

Should have knowledge/willingness/experience in handling customers.

High level of initiative with ability to self-manage.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Should be willing to travel to Bangalore and surrounding region including Mysore

Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills.
