The role requires customer cold calling and ability to multitask work at a fast pace and execute actions with a high degree of accuracy. Able to execute the task independently.
Project period - 1 year
Responsibilities and Outcomes:
Handle Quotation database from active pipeline system and understand the status via phone and email.
Liase with Sales team to gather details on opportunities status and update same in CRM system
Register /monitor daily task on the system and ensure the completion of task with minimal supervision
Provide telephone support to the department, passing on messages or transferring calls as appropriate
Maintain email inbox for all queries. To re-direct emails to other departments/offices where required
Ensure departmental KPI performance reports completed on daily and weekly basis
Ensure all relevant documents are saved in respective database/ platform in timely manner.
Proficient in customer handling via calls with administrative system experience
Engineering or Bachelor Graduate qualification with 2-3 yrs experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinkin
