Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct physical verification of beverage inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  
• Perform reconciliation of variances in beverage inventory to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  
• Manage banquets events, including setup, service, and cleanup. This involves coordinating with kitchen staff, servers, and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
  
• Ensure accurate counting of plates served during banquets events to maintain high standards of quality control.
  
• Conduct surprise physical inventories to detect any anomalies or discrepancies in stock levels.
