Product Marketing Executive

Were looking for a Product Adoption Specialist to drive engagement and maximize the usage of our SaaS insurtech platform, EigenPrism. This role focuses on crafting seamless onboarding experiences, using user traits and behaviors to trigger personalized engagement flows, and continuously testing strategies to boost product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user onboarding flows that highlight product value.
• Analyze user data to identify engagement opportunities and trigger action-driven workflows.
• Develop and refine strategies to encourage product usage and retention.
• Leverage digital adoption platforms (e.g., Whatfix, Userflow, WalkMe, Pendo, etc.) to improve the user experience.
• Maintain external-facing knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align adoption initiatives with product and business goals.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong writing skills to create engaging user communication and guides (E.g., writing help center guides, feature release announcements, etc.)
• Familiarity with digital adoption tools (e.g., Whatfix, Userflow, WalkMe, Pendo, etc.)
• Experience using email marketing to drive user adoption.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing user behavior and testing strategies.
• Basic understanding of SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Empathy for users and a focus on creating intuitive experiences.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of property and casualty insurance or catastrophe modeling analytics.
