Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Handle all after order activities
• Attend internal and external KOM with customer and intercompany to ensure proper handover and smooth execution
• Prepare progress reports and attend progress meetings with customers
• Prepare weekly reports, engineering reports, documentation reports and overall business plans
• Managing order booking on ERP system in Microsoft CRM, starting from booking until closure of project
• Manage all motor, seal, seal system, coupling, baseplate, VFD, junction box, control, valve and all other sub vendors, supply chain and logistics for the project, per the engineering documents
• Managing timely payment collection and issuance of bank guarantee and Letter of Credit
• Effectively communicate with the team on account status, activity and issues
• Co-ordinate with logistics & transportation to collect the cargo from supplier to factory
• Operate within the projects budget constraints and improve cost
• Documentation to be prepared according to project scope and ensure that timely approval is obtained with completion of MRB for each project
• Travel as required to support sales team during customer meetings.
