Education Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about IT courses and career opportunities in Data Science, Full Stack Development, Digital Marketing, Software Testing, Python, Java, and other job-oriented programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails regarding course inquiries.
• Understand students needs and guide them to choose the best course.
• Maintain and update records of leads and follow-ups in excel
• Convert potential leads into admissions through effective communication and persuasion.
• Conduct follow-ups for payment completion and batch joining.
• Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, and demo sessions.
• Collaborate with trainers and the marketing team to improve student enrollment.

Requirements:

• Any graduate (Bachelors degree preferred).
• 0-3 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or telecalling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
