Tour Operations Specialist

A Domestic Journey Mentor at EdTerra Edventures is responsible for guiding and managing student educational trips within India while ensuring seamless logistics, engagement, and safety. The role also involves vendor management and costing to optimize trip execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Engagement: Educate and mentor students during trips, ensuring an interactive and enriching learning experience.
• Trip Coordination: Oversee travel logistics, accommodations, and activities as per the itinerary.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and activity organizers to ensure quality services.
• Costing & Budgeting: Manage trip budgets, negotiate vendor rates, and control expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Safety & Supervision: Ensure student safety, discipline, and adherence to guidelines throughout the journey.
• Communication: Act as a bridge between students, teachers, parents, and tour organizers.
• Problem-Solving: Handle on-trip challenges, emergencies, and itinerary adjustments as needed.
