Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role in the Founder's Office as a Strategy and Technology Manager at EdTerra Edventures Private Limited in New Delhi.
- The Manager will be responsible for overseeing strategy development, technology integration, and operational efficiency.
- They will collaborate with Indian and international experts, teams, and educational institutes to design innovative educational programs and technology solutions.
- The ideal candidate would have problem solving and data-driven approach as their key skill and an interest in creating a revolutionary and industry-defining product over a long, stable tenure.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years' Experience in strategy development, technology integration, and operational efficiency.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of curriculum-based learning methodologies.
- Understanding of student safety standards and compliance.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience in Founder's Office, scaling up start-ups and project management will be an advantage.
