ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:
The primary responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with Regional Engineering, Medical, Nursing, & Science Colleges and Universities, serving as a trusted liaison for academic partners to enhance engagement and product adoption.
- Initiate and lead meetings with higher education leadership, providing comprehensive briefs and presentations on iXR Labs' innovative VR solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in colleges, universities, and higher education institutions within the region.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the Channel Partners in the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance expectations.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of lead development and follow-up.
- Lead product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value of iXR Labs' solutions to prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Drive proactive regional sales efforts, identifying new opportunities and implementing plans to exceed sales targets.
- Attend and represent iXR Labs at regional events and conferences to promote solutions, build networks, and
strengthen industry connections.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- MBA with previous experience in higher education sales is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and edit educational content for accuracy and clarity.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Previous work on AR/VR or 3D content in the field of Edtech, especially higher education. Any other
certifications in writing or business communication are an added advantage
- Targets driven and goal oriented
- Ability to think strategically and drive the business strategy
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to interact well with people at all levels within and outside the organization
