AVP - Global Foreign Exchange - Non Financial Risk (7-12 yrs)

We are currently hiring one of our clients, which is a leading global banking firm which provides industry - focused services for clients across geographies. We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join their NFR team in Bangalore. They will be overseeing the control and conduct framework, assist in governance processes, and enhance control standards for the FX, EM Rates, and Commodities business lines.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Drive the conduct agenda and manage the control framework for risk mitigation.

- Conduct Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) and targeted reviews.

- Act as the contact point for audits and independent reviews.

- Ensure timely remediation of issues and enhancements to the control environment.

- Oversee risk management for new products in the market's domain.

- Collaborate with NFR teams, front-office management, and global stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 7-12 Years of experience.

- Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years in business management or non-financial risk / control roles within markets businesses.

- Understanding of markets products, especially foreign exchange.

- Critical thinking with the ability to assess risks and controls end-to-end.

- Data analysis and business analysis experience.
