Pre Sales Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

1. In charge of tele calling / telesales activities for the company (Inbound & Outbound Calls to the Prospective Customers).

2. Process oriented, ensures quality calls of the team mates.

3. A very good trainer of the whole process of a call center.

4. Particular in developing, analyzing, suggesting strategy and taking corrective measures based on various MIS.

5. Good knowledge of Computers, Call center related and other office software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate with minimum 8 to 15 + years of experience in Call center / BPO, from Real Estate Pre sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.

2. Should be a good leader, a long term team player who has an urge to build and lead.

3. Should be a good trainer for the new comers.

4. Possess good communication and inter-personal skills.

5. Should be good in English Bengali and Hindi
