Roles and Responsibilities
1. Inbound & Outbound Calls to the Prospective Customers.
2. Converting the Prospective Customers for Site Visits.
3. Basic Computer knowledge.
4. Good Communication Skills (Bengali, Hindi & English)
5. Urge to learn.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with minimum 1 to 3+years experience or Freshers in Real Estate Customer or any other industry Support Call Center Service, BPO experience will also work.
- Freshers with acumen for tele sale are welcome.
- Should be a team player.
- Possess good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Should be good in English Bengali and Hindi
