Job Description
Designation: Executive - HR Operations Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Seniors in HR operations related tasks, including onboarding, exit processes, admin management, vendor management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and Performance Management System related roles.
- Confidently conduct public speaking for employee engagement events and activities.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment and meeting set targets as per the recruitment plan.
- Support administration management tasks, including overseeing travel arrangements, vendor coordination, hygiene and infrastructure management, and procurement activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0- 3 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry.
- If experienced then, must have experience in the End to End Recruitment process and operations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
