Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marcom Manager to join our team at Eco Hotels Pvt Ltd. In this role,
you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all marketing
communications initiatives for the hotel. This includes creating compelling messaging, executing
digital marketing campaigns, managing media relations, and ensuring that all communications
align with the hotelâs brand, objectives, and target audience. The MarCom Manager plays a key
role in driving guest engagement, increasing brand awareness, and supporting revenue
generation. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make
a meaningful impact on specific business goals or projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development
â Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to support the hotelâs
overall business goals.
â Collaborate with the sales and revenue teams to design promotional campaigns, special
offers, and brand awareness initiatives.
⢠Ensure all marketing materials and communication align with the hotelâs brand standards
and positioning.
2. Brand Management
⢠Oversee the creation and distribution of all brand-related materials, including brochures,
digital assets, email campaigns, and website content.
⢠Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels, including print, digital, and
social media platforms.
⢠Monitor brand performance and make recommendations to improve or update the hotelâs
image.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
⢠Manage the hotelâs website content and ensure it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized
for search engines (SEO).
⢠Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn, etc.) to build community, increase engagement, and drive bookings.
⢠Analyze digital marketing performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and KPIs.
4. Content Creation
⢠Create high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, email
newsletters, blogs, and press releases.
⢠Develop compelling narratives around the hotelâs services, special offers, and unique
selling points (USPs) to engage potential guests.
⢠Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce visual
content that aligns with brand guidelines.
5. Public Relations & Media Relations
⢠Develop and nurture relationships with local and international media outlets, travel
bloggers, influencers, and industry partners.
⢠Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communications to raise the
hotelâs profile in key markets.
⢠Coordinate press visits, media events, and influencer campaigns to maximize exposure.
6. Event Promotion & Coordination
⢠Promote hotel events, including conferences, weddings, meetings, and special packages,
through digital and traditional marketing channels.
⢠Collaborate with the event sales team to create marketing materials and campaigns that
support events and drive attendance.
⢠Oversee the creation of promotional collateral, including flyers, posters, and email blasts.
7. Internal Communication
⢠Ensure all hotel staff are informed about ongoing marketing campaigns, brand initiatives,
and important events.
⢠Provide training and guidance on brand messaging to ensure consistency in guest
interactions and promotions.
8. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
⢠Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer
preferences, and opportunities for growth.
⢠Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, hospitality, and technology to keep
the hotelâs marketing efforts innovative and effective.
9. Budget Management
⢠Develop and manage the marketing communications budget, ensuring that all campaigns
are cost-effective and align with business objectives.
⢠Track marketing spend and provide regular reports on ROI, effectiveness of campaigns,
and overall budget performance.
10. Guest Engagement & Loyalty Programs
⢠Develop campaigns that engage existing guests and encourage repeat bookings through
loyalty programs, email marketing, and personalized communications.
⢠Work closely with the guest services team to create unique experiences and foster long-
term customer relationships.
Qualifications:
⢠Education: Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management,
or related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
Experience and Skills:
⢠Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the
hospitality industry.
⢠Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and
public relations efforts.
⢠Experience in branding, marketing strategy development, and analytics.
⢠Skills:
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Expertise in social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
⢠Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
⢠Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
⢠Strong organizational and project management skills.
