Corporate Sales Manager

Preferred candidate profile

1) Ayurvedic luxury skincare brand - hence experience has to be in Skincare / Ayurvedic skincare etc

2) Experience in Corporate Gifting , Institutional Sales , Corporate Sales

3) Beauty industry experience required [not mandatory, but preferred]

Role & responsibilities

Broad KRAs:

• Gifting:
• Build a database of potential Gifting verticals Corporate, Gifting vendors & agencies, Wedding, etc.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with above Cos.
• Drive incremental revenues from said Cos
• Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.
• Leads new business meetings and closes sales to institutional clients.
• Leverages the organizations relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
• HoReCa:
• Build a database of target Hotels for in-room wet toiletries business
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with above Cos.
• Develop steady revenue streams via long terms contracts
• Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.
• Leads new business meetings and closes sales to institutional clients.
• Hygiene:
• Collaborate with Marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.
• Works closely with Appleton team members to further develop sales opportunities.
