Key Responsibilities:

1. Industry Interaction:

• Establish and maintain relationships with companies to facilitate campus recruitments.
• Conduct regular industry visits to understand recruitment trends and employer expectations.

1. Placement Activities:

• Organize and coordinate placement drives, pre-placement talks, and interviews.
• Develop placement policies and communicate them effectively to students and recruiters.
• Ensure 100% placement assistance for students by collaborating with top-tier companies.

1. Internships:

• Facilitate summer internships and live projects for students with reputed organizations.
• Monitor the progress of students during internships and provide feedback.

1. Student Support:

• Conduct pre-placement training sessions on resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills.
• Provide career counselling and guidance to students based on their interests and industry requirements.

1. Data Management:

• Maintain an updated database of students, alumni, and recruiting organizations.
• Prepare regular reports on placement statistics and activities.

1. Events and Workshops:

• Organize career fairs, industry panel discussions, and guest lectures.
• Collaborate with faculty and alumni to host workshops on emerging trends in management and technology. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in campus placements, corporate relations, or a similar role.
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and placement management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
