Project Manager / International Voice Process

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Prepare scope of work, Project Plans and Closure Report for every project.
• 100% scope compliance for milestones
• 100% Timeline compliance
• To be able to work on different types of projects and handle projects with higher provider count. • Handles implementation of both Product & Services
• Manage all projects through quality checks and other follow-ups
• Work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

Experience/Education Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
• Any of the following degrees with recognized universities and valid certificates: BSC.IT/ BCA/MCA/BBM/BBA/MBA/ BSC (Co Sc)/ BA/B.com/ MSC (IT)/ BE/ B. Tech/ BCS/ MCS/ B.E (IT)/ B.E (Elec)/ B.E (Comp)/ MCM Other Skills/Abilities
• Prior experience on implementation
• Adapt at working in an agile development organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited oversight
• Excellent attitude and spirit of cooperation
