Senior Process Manager

What will you do

The Business Analyst works in close co-ordination with all client business owners and IT team members to analyze, design, document and implement solutions to business challenges in various domains that eClerx works in. He/She will also be project managing the delivery of small/medium sized projects and solutions to business.

What are your Key Responsibilities?

• Define and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Perform all levels of data analysis, including data mappings, data feeds, data modelling (both relational and message), and data transformation as related to an Enterprise Environment
• Develop fully defined logical and physical data models as related to assigned task and/or project
• Document technical requirements, system diagrams, and other deliverables
• Attend system design reviews with developers, quality assurance testers and end users
• Conduct impact assessment on applications when new functions/features are proposed or designed
• Be involved with project plans detailing the expected level of effort and time required and consistently meet the allocated milestones
• Take the initiative to suggest new standards, implement new strategies and take on special projects
• Strong familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle
• Ability to do product and pricing benchmarking exercises independently
• Good team player, able to balance the needs of stakeholders and IT, and able to manage internal IT conflicts and demands as needed
• Ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks in a timely manner on required topics, from high level functional overview to detailed technical overview of key data flows
• Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team
• Assisting the project managers and development managers to keep project status information up to date, to identify risks and mitigate against them
• Perform the role of project manager for small/medium projects

What Skills you should have?

• Experience in leading IT services companies, preferably in BA/PM role
• Significant experience with software development life cycle and web technologies
• Must have strong communication and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essential
• Must have cross-functional business and application knowledge
• Must have enough technical background to be able to create proper functional requirements and detail specifications.
• Must be able to take direction well but work independently, and have the ability to learn and assimilate information quickly.
• Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, personal integrity, problem solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) tools
• Conceptual understanding of RDBMS concepts
• Technical aptitude to learn new software quickly
• Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks
• Ability to think creatively
• Ability to lead meetings
• Experience of working with Capital Markets IT or Operations areas
• Handled Product Development or Product Management responsibilities
