Senior Process Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

The CSR professional will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing CSR programs and initiatives. He/she will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's social responsibility goals and objectives.

• Program Development & Project Management: Design, develop, and implement CSR programs in alignment with companys mission, values. Manage CSR projects from inception through execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure CSR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements (MCA guidelines, schedule VII, Companies Act, 2013, etc).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with NGOs and other implementing agencies, and related stakeholders to support and enhance CSR initiatives. Additionally, should be able to manage internal stakeholders (admin, HR, facility, communication team, etc) for the execution of certain social activities within the offices
• Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on the progress of CSR projects, including preparing regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Should be able to analyse the impact (both quantitative & qualitative) of the project
• Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies to promote CSR initiatives internally and externally, including creating content for newsletters, social media, and company websites (jointly working with communication team of Implementing agencies and the organisation).
• The Employee Engagement and Payroll Giving Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and increase the companys payroll giving initiatives. Should develop plans to drive participation in charitable and social giving.
• and internal communications to strengthen employee relations.
• Monitor budgets and resources associated with engagement and giving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll giving

Required Skills:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting on CSR activities and basic understanding of CSR rules and other regulatory requirements from Governance perspective.
• 1-2 yrs of experiencewith basis knowledge on handling social media & can drive Employee Engagement
• Certification in Employee Engagement or similar areas.
• Experience with Human Resource Information systems and payroll software.
• Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and corporate philanthropy.
• Design and facilitate, team-building activities, plan employee recognition or top volunteers
• Experience with grant or proposal writing and fundraising.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
