Associate Process Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Design and communicate technical architecture solutions, based on customer requirements and data volumes in order to ensure a successful Celonis deployment.

Assist customers in establishing connections between their on-premises source systems and the Celonis cloud environments.

Participate in security assessments and complete the security questionnaires required for implementations.

Solicit requirements for Business Process Mining models, including what data they will use and how the company will use them after they are built.

Build Business Process Mining models that are accurate, robust, and informative in ways that help our business grow even faster.

Demonstrate product and technical leadership on Celonis engagements with customers, partners, and prospects.

Maintain expert knowledge on the Celonis platform by developing dashboard and drafting documentation on technical procedures and processes.

Lead discussions on operationalization of Celonis through usage of Transformation centre, Action Engine, Action Views and Machine Learning capabilities

Minimum Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Mandatory Experience in Process Mining Solutions & Capabilities using Celonis driving Automation and process optimization opportunities.
• Proven experience of 4-5 years in industry with experience to work on PQL.
• Experience & interest in working with modern tech stack & methods like REST/SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming, SSO, IT Security, Agile, etc.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python as well as with data pipelines & ETL processes for large volumes of data
• Knowledgeable about Action engine, Transformation centre & Celonis ML workbench
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills is a must
