Associate Process Manager

We are actively seeking dynamic and analytical individuals with an MBA in finance and/or business analytics to join our team as Client Lifecycle (CLC) delivery consultants. As a CLC delivery consultant, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the client experience throughout their lifecycle and managing Anti-money Laundering (AML) compliance. This position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to apply their analytical skills and business acumen in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

1. Client Onboarding and Periodic Review:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients and periodic review for existing clients.

- Analyze customer and financial data and assess AML and business risk while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.

2. Data Analysis:- Utilize business analytics tools to analyze client data, identify trends, and generate insights.

- Collaborate with business analysts to develop predictive models for effective risk management.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.

4. Compliance and Risk Assessment:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with AML and financial regulations throughout the client lifecycle.

- Assist in assessing and mitigating risks associated with client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBA in Finance, Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools.
• Research skills: Ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.
• Excellent articulation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant internships or projects related to finance, risk management, or compliance.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualization.
• Understanding of financial markets and industry trends.
• Passion for compliance and financial matters is a plus
