Associate Program Manager

Role Description:

• Analytics professional with experience working with large volume of data
• Knowledge of various analytics models and data science tools
• Ability to work independently on complex problem statements & turn customer data into actionable insights
• Experience working on analytics solutions for sentiment analysis, sales forecasting, customer churn, price optimization, price elasticity, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, sensitivity analysis
• Ability to conceptualize & deliver analytics solution on a variety of projects across various industries
• Conduct deep dives on critical business issues and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience working on industry newsletter, case studies and white papers on market intelligence
• Design market intelligence framework & provide consultative inputs to the team
• Strong understanding and hands on knowledge of databases such as Factiva and other market information databases.
• Ability to work with unstructured and structured data sets
• Share insights, recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations that will address client business needs, with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing
• Understanding of digital shelf analytics. Ability to provide recommendation on digital shelf optimization
• Remain fully informed on market trends & industry news
• Assist senior managers to evaluate client requirements for new projects, assess implementation options & ensure quality delivery
• Experience working on market intelligence and analytics proposals
• Previous experience in presales role

Essential skill-set required:

• Proficient in MS-Office applications with good knowledge of Excel, Power point, SQL
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication & presentation skills
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to share insights
• Familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story
• Ability to visualize data
• Experience with predictive analytics, advanced analytics & machine learning algorithms
• Ability to interpret complex business requirements, translating them into analytical problems and delivering actionable outputs
• Skilled communicator
