Job Role:

eClerx is looking for a Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to drive our hiring process. This role involves sourcing candidates via internal job postings, conducting telephonic interviews, and collaborating with senior managers for referrals to close vacancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through internal job postings and employee referrals.
• Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Work closely with senior managers to understand hiring needs and gather referrals.
• Meet recruitment targets and fill positions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to source through internal channels and referrals.
• Strong telephonic interviewing skills.
• Target-driven and goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
