We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager in Pune ,Maharashtra to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of Staffing services. The role includes strategic account planning, new business development, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts as well as new client acquisitions in GCC's ( Global Capability Centre's) and MSP space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. Travel to client sites is a requirement.
- Develop deep, consultative relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new clients to expand the business portfolio.
- Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure the right talent is deployed for client projects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, client needs, and competitors to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of sales and account management experience in IT Staffing/SOW /RPO/Talent Services space.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of IT solutions services, staffing solutions, and consulting industry trends.
