Role & responsibilities

• Total production activity from winding to dispatch, monitoring as per planning schedule.
• Monthly/weekly production plan and manpower planning to meet the organization goal.
• Productivity monitoring.
• Reduction in cycle time.
• Prior Planning of material.
• Maintain product quality as per quality standards.
• To receive all manufacturing drawings and distribution and control.
• Participating in design review & suggest design changes during review to suit production.
• CAPA preparation and implementation on test bed failure.
• Maintain world class housekeeping at work station.
• Continue training program to operator and engineer for process improvement.
• Maintaining IMS related activity.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in Electrical.

Having Transformer Good Knowledge.
