Sales Development Representative (SDR) (IT) (2.5-3 LPA) (Delhi)
Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through LinkedIn leads, follow-up
- Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
Qualifications :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Keen attention to detail.

I like that it's a startup and you can explore new methods to bring sales for the company
1) The culture is toxic 2) No proper system and guidelines over here , you have to do what the founder asks you to do. 3)Hire and fire system here 4) Partiality is there for the old employees , no leads are assigned to the new joiners and then after one month you are asked to leave. 5)6 days a week
