Inside Sales role - SAAS ( Gurgaon )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior person with at least 3-5 years of Inside Sales Experience. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails, and leads generated from webinars, trade shows, etc.
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Perform effective demos to prospects
• Answer prospects queries and send them the required pitch material
• Route qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure
• Build an effective pipeline and achieve quarterly targets
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand database of prospects
• Conduct competitor benchmarking

Skills/Experience Required:

• Previous experience in an inside sales position in the SAAS organization
• Previous experience in selling CX solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Zoho
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent cold calling skills
• Ability to achieve targets
