Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
  
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  
• Handle housekeeping services and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  
• Provide administrative assistance to senior management as needed.
  
• Oversee facility maintenance and security measures to ensure safety and efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in administration or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
  
• Strong skills in administration work, facility management, security management, travel arrangements, travel booking, and office administration.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
