The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. The role ensures that the company attracts, develops. and retains a high-performing workforce while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic HR Planning
1. Work closely with Executive Management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Plan workforce requirements in collaboration with department heads and senior management to ensure the organization has the talent needed for current and future operations.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
2. Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.
3. Identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee ski Us.
Employee Relations
1. Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee grievances and conflicts.
2. Mediate disputes and provide guidance on workplace behaviour and policies.
3. Develop and implement policies to ensure that employees work as a team towards the organizational objectives. This should be done While ensuring that discipline and decorum is maintained at the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
1. Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
2. Develop and review compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
Policy and Compliance
l. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labour laws and industry standards.
2. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
3. prepare reports for management on HR metrics such as turnover, hiring rates, and employee satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
soft Skills:
5-8 years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role. Certifications in HR Management is desirable.
