Job Description:
Position: Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of relevant work experience
OR
- CFA with 3-4 years of relevant work experience in equity analysis and financial modelling for business projections.
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Base Location: Surat
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modeling and Business Projections:
- Develop comprehensive financial models for business projections.
- Perform detailed ratio analysis and business valuations, including the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method.
MIS and Internal Controls:
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, conducting variance analysis to evaluate performance against targets.
- Generate detailed MIS reports for cost center performance tracking to optimize costs and enhance profitability.
- Work closely with the IT team to upgrade the ERP system to support account finalization, consolidation, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Treasury Management:
- Manage treasury operations, including term loan procurement and forex management.
- Implement and monitor effective forex hedging strategies.
Key Skills Required:
- Expertise in building financial models for business projections.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, with knowledge of Power BI.
- Strong command of financial formulas and data analysis.
- Proven ability to create professional and impactful presentations.
- Familiarity with forex markets and related hedging activities.
