Tender Manager - Job Description

• 9+ years of Experiences in Tender Management.
• Identify potential tender opportunities that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze the tender requirements to determine the feasibility of bidding.
• Develop a tender strategy that outlines the approach, tactics, and resource allocation.
• Leads the tender preparation process for overseas opportunities
• Develop pricing strategies and manage commercial aspects of the tender.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of the tender response.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including formatting, content, and submission guidelines.
• Provide support during the tender evaluation process, including responding to clarifications and attending presentations.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with the client.
• Identifies and mitigates risks associated with overseas tenders
