A Tender and Documentation Controller in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solar industry plays a key role in managing the documentation and tender processes for solar projects.
- Tender Preparation and Submission
- Act as the point of contact for any clarification requests regarding the tender documents
- Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare cost estimates for the solar projects.
- Tender Tracking
- Documentation Control
- Ensure timely submission of all tenders without fail and maintaining deadlines
- Maintaining Pre & Post Bid Documents under safe custody
