We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager with experience in handling a B2B sales team for the USA market.

Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training, and managing our inside sales team to drive B2B sales in the USA market. You will develop sales strategies, optimize performance, and ensure the team meets revenue targets.
This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, understands USA-based businesses' buying behavior, and has experience managing high-performing inside sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed B2B sales targets.
✅ Monitor daily sales activities, call performance, and conversion rates.
✅ Conduct weekly sales coaching and training sessions to improve team performance.
✅ Set clear KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in the team’s sales pipeline efficiency.
2. B2B Sales Strategy & Execution
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to target Motels, C-Stores, Contractors, Electricians, and Small Retail Stores in the USA.
✅ Optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals.
✅ Oversee and refine cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up processes to improve lead conversion.
✅ Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) to track and manage pipeline performance.
3. Customer Relationship Management & Growth
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients to drive long-term business.
✅ Work closely with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with sales strategies.
✅ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products across various business categories.
4. Data-Driven Sales Optimization
✅ Analyze sales data and team performance metrics to refine sales processes.
✅ Provide weekly and monthly sales reports with key insights and action plans.
✅ Implement A/B testing in sales scripts, outreach emails, and pricing strategies for continuous improvement.
5. Collaboration & Team Growth
✅ Work closely with the CEO to align sales strategies with business goals.
✅ Coordinate with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experience.
✅ Recruit and onboard top inside sales talent as the team expands.
Requirements & Qualifications
✅ Experience:
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
⭐ Experience in B2B sales for Motels, C-Stores, Contractors, Electricians, or Small Retail Stores.
⭐ Background in e-commerce, wholesale, or product-based B2B sales.
⭐ Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator & AI-driven sales automation tools.
