Position Overview

We are seeking a Jr.Data Scientist/Data Analyst preferably 2-3 years of experience to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, combined with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic decisions.
• Machine Learning: Develop, implement, and optimize predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Data Processing: Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Visualization & Reporting: Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and business leaders, to integrate data-driven solutions into company operations.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of business strategies.
• Big Data Technologies: Utilize tools like SQL, Python, R, Hadoop, and Spark for data processing and analysis.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and analytics to improve existing methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Degree In Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and relevant data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with machine learning models
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
