POSITION SUMMARY

We are actively looking for an Data Scientist in our Bengaluru, India office. In this role, you would be part of the core data science team and will work to develop data pipelines and develop AI/machine learning models that help improve lives of millions of people.

At ZeOmega, we take pride in building/enhancing IT products that are being used to manage healthcare needs of over 40 million/ 12% US population. Part of our product stack is our machine learning solutions which are used for patient risk identification, stratification, and workflow automation.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Machine Learning tools such as- Pandas, Scikit-learn
• Visualization of data using tools such as- Plotly, Power BI, Tableau
• SQL queries - RDBMS/Distributed storage/NoSQL Database tools- MS SQL

Experience: Must have 2+ years of experience/ relevant education in advanced analytics development using Python data science libraries and coding in SQL (Structured Query Language); Microsoft Azure experience/ knowledge is a bonus.

Other Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge and the ability to use MS-Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters preferred; May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements. Experience:
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tools:
• Experience with MS Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in data analysis or related fields.
