PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customize Zoho CRM based on client-specific needs, including workflows, reports, dashboards, automation, and user permissions.
• Conduct needs analysis, map business processes, and provide solutions to improve CRM efficiency.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications and other software tools as needed.
• Design and implement automation strategies to improve workflow and operational efficiency within Zoho CRM.
• Optimize CRM processes such as lead management, sales pipeline, reporting, and customer support.
• Migrate data into Zoho CRM from other platforms, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
• Conduct regular data clean-up and ensure data integrity across the CRM system.
• Create and configure custom reports and dashboards to help businesses track performance and KPIs.
• Provide analytical insights and suggest improvements to optimize sales and customer relationship processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, IT, etc.) to implement Zoho CRM solutions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.

Required Skill sets:

• Experience: 5 years 7 years
• Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Consultant or a similar CRM implementation role.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM features, modules, and integrations.
• Experience in configuring, customizing, and automating Zoho CRM workflows.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer support processes.
• Experience with data migration, integration with third-party applications, and API configurations.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
• Zoho CRM certifications (preferred).

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in SQL or other database management skills.

Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, or other Zoho Suite applications.

Familiarity with API integration and data mapping techniques.
