Job Description:-
Designation: - Sales Engineers / Sr. Sales Engineer
Location: - Bangalore 4 Position / Visakhapatnam-3 Position
Experience: Minimum 2-5 Years on B2B / Industrial Sales
Salary: - As per Industry (Depending on Profile)
Language :_ Local and English
* Position title will be given based on the experience and work capability/exposure of the selected candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Education, Professional Qualification: Graduation in B.E / B.Tech Mechanical or Instrumentation engineering. (CS / IT not preferred)
Experience:2-5 Years in selling industrial products.
Skills:Excellent communication, both oral and written. Excellent presentation skills, Computerproficiency in MS Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook is a key requirement for the job.
Additional: • Position currently based at Bangalore but mobility is required
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for generating revenue from the assigned territory
2. Business Development
3. Generating high quality Leads and Opportunities
4. Tech / Negotiation meetings with customer
5. Co-ordination with Commercial & Admin to clarify customer queries
6. Quote Follow up & attend order closure meetings with customer
7. Follow up on receivables
8. Alignment with Company- VIP Reports ( VAEs ), Commercialized products sales
9. Energy Emission Survey
10. Installation Training Programs, presentations, Demo to customer
11. Continuous learning & Personal Development
12. Handling existing & prospective customers, providing technical support, suggesting products for applications, conducting customer training
Job Competency
1. Possesses requisite skills and technical ability needed to accomplish job responsibilities; seeks to continue developing new competencies to adapt to a changing environment.
2. Meet job goals and objectives.
3. Seeks to achieve results which are in the best interest of the organization.
4. Delivers high quality results accurately on time.
Superior verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of local language is preferred.
CTC would be best in class and will not be a constraint for a deserving candidate with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. CTC will consist of a fixed base salary and few variable components that are linked to performance.
