About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this critical role, you will provide essential support to our sales team by managing the administrative aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth deal flow, and contributing to overall sales success.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Operations Support:
• Prepare accurate and timely sales proposals, contracts, and estimates.
• Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Track and manage sales opportunities within the CRM system.
• Generate reports on sales activity and key performance indicators.
• Contract Management:
• Review and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and agreements.
• Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide general sales-related support.
• Assist with the onboarding of new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales representatives, sales managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Provide administrative support for sales meetings, events, and conferences.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Sales or inside sales experience
• Bachelors degrees
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
