Assistant Account Manager

Roles & responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of GST compliance, GSTR-1, GSTR-3 & 3B, GSTR-9 filings, and TDS regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 accounting software.
• Good work experience in accounts from posting entries to preparing of balance sheet.
• Generating reports in Tally.
• Assist with quarterly/year-end financial audits and Internal Audits.
• Reconciliation of Ledger Statements.
• Review and verify the invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
• Accurately enter invoice details into TALLY ERP 9.
• Helping in process payroll for all employees, including calculating Present days, overtime, deductions, etc.,
• Utilize Tally and Excel to maintain payroll records and documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data and compliance.
• Maintain the general ledger by recording all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in M.Com / B.Com / MBA(Fin) or related field.
• Should have working experience in accounting package of Tally prime ERP.
• Experience in IT company.
