Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented New Vendor Development Specialist to identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, experience in vendor management, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and source potential new vendors to enhance supply chain efficiency.

- Evaluate vendor capabilities, quality standards, and pricing structures.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost savings and value optimization.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply.

- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual agreements.

- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.

- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities.

- Conduct vendor audits and assessments for continuous improvement.

- Manage vendor selection and qualification processes.

- Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, pricing, and performance metrics.
