Position Description :
- MBA Grad with 10+ years' experience in this role.
- Prior experience in this role involving B2B SaaS solutions.
- Suave, good Communication and Analytical skills.
- Good Business Acumen.
- Build and track Pipeline of prospect Customers: across regions/Markets.
- Manage all incoming Marketing leads and drive them to a status update.
- Be active on Social media and tap contacts.
- Sales forecasting basis Market research.
- Shadow Head of Sales, ensure continuity on the leads, Follow-ups, action items.
- Assimilate Prospect data and share with Sales team.
- Review Sales funnel with GTM in a weekly basis and create action plans.
- Work with Pre-Sales, Sales Head and all Sales Directors on the funnel to move it to next level and head to closure.
- Review targets and keep Sales Head updated on the performance of every GTM candidate.
- Experience in handling 3rd party tools like ZoomInfo, Hubspot, Linked In Navigator as a go-between Sales Head Vision and Marketing Head vision.
- Ability to make quick interventions across markets to create momentum, sustain momentum.

- Understand what competitors are doing and be 10 steps ahead.
- Operate at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Pre-sales.
- Vet Documents from Pre-sales before going to customer ( in alignment with Sales head).
