Key Responsibilities:
HR Generalist & HRBP: 60 - 70 %
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices that support strategic growth.
- Provide HR expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Conduct regular meetings with business leaders to provide HR advice and support.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective HR practices and initiatives.
- Drive the delivery of talent processes and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead core HR processes such as performance calibration, compensation cycles, and promotions.
- Analyse and interpret employee data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.
- Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Talent Acquisition: 30 - 40%
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage campus hiring initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering, preferably in the IT industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software and MS tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
