Job Description
- We are seeking a talented Dot Net Developer to join our dynamic team. The Dot Net Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable Web/Desktop applications to meet the needs of our clients and business stakeholders.

Role & Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and easy-to-maintain .NET applications based on the system requirements. Should have expertise in .NET languages and frameworks (ASP.NET, MVC) to translate business needs into technical solutions.Collaborate effectively with various teams (business analysts, project managers, QA) to deliver high-quality software.Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that follows best practices and coding standards.Develop and conduct unit tests to assess the application's functionality, addressing any bugs identified by third-party reports to enhance code quality and reliabilityCreating a comprehensive set of documents for a software project typically involves several key deliverables such as test reports, Deployment scripts, User Manuals, Technical Manuals and Traceability MatricesConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain consistent, high-quality code across the team.Perform daily health checks on the system & Maintain the systems once they are up and runningImplement relevant Security standards related to code developmentParticipate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
